With three disciplines combined into one cohesive team, we harness the unique skills of each to deliver projects that reach their fullest potential. Building strong partnerships and integrated teams, we plan, design and manage schemes from inception to completion.

From residential and commercial, to leisure, industrial, energy and more, RDC is here to help.

Why RDC?

Personal approach

What sets us apart is our commitment to a consultative, personal approach. As an independently owned consultancy, we have the ability to flex around our clients’ needs. Knowing that every project is different, we tailor our approach to meet each client’s objectives and aspirations.

Pragmatic advice

We believe in collaboration and working closely with our clients at every project stage. We listen, and we take the time to understand the goals and objectives for each project. We know a specific challenge requires a specific response, and this is what keeps pragmatic advice at the core of everything we do.

Leading expertise

At RDC we are deeply committed to the professional growth of our team. In a world of ever-changing environmental, social, regulatory and economic pressures, our clients need advice they can trust. We invest in our people and their development to make sure we stay at the forefront of our specialisms, and our clients’ evolving challenges.

Commitment to quality

Demonstrating our commitment to quality, we take pride in being a registered practice with both the Royal Town Planning Institute and the Landscape Institute. We are also certified for quality management and quality assurance in line BS EN ISO 9001:2015.

“The Government attaches great importance to the design of the built environment. Good design is a key aspect of sustainable development, is indivisible from good planning, and should contribute positively to making places better for people.”
