Confidentiality

We shall not divulge or allow to be divulged to any person or make use of any confidential information relating to your business or affairs other than as is reasonably necessary for us to carry out the Work and complete the Project.

Insofar as we have to disclose any of your confidential information to third parties we will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the third party enters into a confidentiality agreement with us.
