2011
Stephen Phillips, MP for Sleaford and North Hykeham, visited the Consultancy recently. He looked at examples of our projects, met staff and discussed with the Directors issues such as establishing links with other organisations. He also met our American Intern, Evan Conder.
2010
Liz Curley, our Company Secretary, persuaded five colleagues to join her in the Cancer Research UK's Race for Life at RAF Waddington. Several weeks training did not prepare them for the soaring temperatures encountered by all the runners, but the RDC team managed to complete the course and exceeded their fund raising target.
2008
RDC was approved for designated categories to carry out work under Constructionline, the UK register of pre-qualified construction services.
2006
The Consultancy was awarded with a Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Work Experience Opportunities by Kesteven and Sleaford High School.
2005
The Consultancy received the Investors in People Award, indicating that a high value was placed on staff. Along with good team working and sharing of knowledge, the company has the culture of a learning organisation and links with overseas universities constitute a perfect example of good practice. The Report concluded that the Consultancy demonstrates commitment through implementing effective systems for development, training, constructive feedback and ensuring all members of staff take part in development activities.
1996
The East Midlands Branch of the Royal Town Planning Institute awarded the Consultancy with the East Midlands Planning Award for work on Skegness Foreshore Refurbishment
