The mixed use development off Golf Road in Mablethorpe is a large 12.5ha site which we have developed from its concept to an outline planning application. This has included the production of a number of reports including a Design and Access Statement, Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment and an Open Space Statement, as well as detailed layouts of some areas of the development showing how sensitive issues may be addressed.
Care was taken in the layout of the development in regard to sensitive boundaries with various adjacent land uses as well as incorporating flood defence strategies due to the coastal location.
