The Consultancy is involved in a number of commercial proposals including new Employment Parks and expansion of existing commercial operations. Projects include port related development, power stations and general industry.
Work includes the promotion of land for allocation for new Employment Site Allocations in the Local Development Framework through to site specific planning applications. The Consultancy has worked on a number of port related projects on the East Coast, employment allocations and individual schemes to meet the needs of businesses throughout the East Midlands and East Anglia.
