Planning permission secured for new Retail Building in Sleaford.

Our first contact with the owner of land in Billinghay was when it had just been deleted from an earlier Local Plan. We then successfully promoted this site, close to the centre of Billinghay and which for many years had been the operating centre for two haulage businesses, for residential development in the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan.

The Consultancy recently secured planning permission for a complex hybrid planning application for a new holiday park on 35.6 hectares (88 acres) of land on the Lincolnshire Holiday Coast, north of Skegness.

Before RDC became involved in the project, an informal scheme for 7 dwellings was subject to a highways objection.

The Consultancy successfully obtained outline planning permission for a new facility for the University of Lincoln’s Holbeach Campus in November 2016. The facility, which represents an expansion of the University’s operations in Holbeach, is the first stage in the delivery of the Holbeach Food Enterprise Zone (FEZ).
