From Successful Promotion in the Local Plan to the Grant of Planning Permission

Our first contact with the owner of land in Billinghay was when it had just been deleted from an earlier Local Plan. We then successfully promoted this site, close to the centre of Billinghay and which for many years had been the operating centre for two haulage businesses, for residential development in the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan.

Centre of Excellence in Agri Food with University of Lincoln

The Consultancy successfully obtained outline planning permission for a new facility for the University of Lincoln’s Holbeach Campus in November 2016. The facility, which represents an expansion of the University’s operations in Holbeach, is the first stage in the delivery of the Holbeach Food Enterprise Zone (FEZ).
