Holbeach House

The Consultancy submitted a Full Planning Application for the erection of three extensions to Holbeach House, off Fleet Road.

The development at Holbeach House included the sympathetic conversion of a substantial Listed Building into residential units, the re-design of the surrounding grounds and the provision of two communal 'gardens'. The design of the garden areas has been an exercise in balancing the requirements and expectations of modern living, whilst taking into account the needs of the different potential users of the space and, importantly, ensuring the design enhances the Listed Building.
