What We Do
We work across a broad range of building type and scale across Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and the wider United Kingdom.
We design both new buildings and the refurbishment of existing ones, work in Conservation Areas, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and with Listed Buildings.
Current projects include a new 16,000sqft mixed-use building in the town centre of Sleaford, the refurbishment and conversion of a group of Listed agricultural buildings in Kirkby La Thorpe, two innovative contemporary homes pursuant to Paragraph 55 of the National Planning Policy Framework, and a housing development of 26 new-build homes in a village location near Boston
The practice is one of only a handful regionally to utilise Building Information Modelling (BIM). We use this technology alongside more traditional methods of design development and communication including hand drawing and physical model making.
We offer a full range of professional services and follow the RIBA Plan of Work which organises the process of delivering a building project into a number of key stages.
